Poor service 💩

I’m very dissatisfied with the service I’m getting ordered a an iPhone 11 online every thing was approved two weeks later the phone hasn’t been delivered when I call in to query about my order the agent says it’s been cancelled they also don’t know why it was cancelled very disappointed
