Poor service

I've been taken over by mtn from altec autopage ... Had no satisfaction from Altec cause they obviously knew we going over to mtn and now mtn does not take ownership in resolving any thing I have e mails and endless ref no and still nothing ... all I'm asking is for a Manager in a position to make a call and resolve this matter to contact me please ... I'm desperate and fed up ....
