poor service

on the 15 june 2021 i called the mtn call center to report ***** that was done on my mtn number ***. the lady i spoke to could not help, i then asked to speak to the supervisor the name of the supervisor was desiree she did not help. i then asked her to let her manager call me. she said the mananger was gona be in on the same day in the afternoon. the manager never called me. and what concerns me is that this not the 1st time i lodge a complain with MTN. they always promise to call but never call. in this regard a case has been open cause money went missing in my absa account. and i tryed doing sim swaps with MTN they all successfull but my number is now being used by a guy by the name of sizwe. i dnt knw the guy. and MTN is not helping. my new number is ***
