Poor service
Just got of the phone from an mtn consultant from the store i did the upgrade. He was not helpful at all. Instead i got a bad attitude from him. Were does he get off telling me pay an exhorbitant amount to cancel my upgrade. I have an existing contract with mtn. I cant wait for the contract to expire so i can cancel and be done with them. My years of service with mtn was not appreciated. Worst experience and poor attitude is all i got from their consultant.
