POOR SERVICE
I ported my number to MTN 2 weeks ago..and ever since iv been running in and out of MTN stores and calling the customer service line with hopes that someone can get my number to work...I loaded airtime and data on my number as it only worked on MTN for 2days..but ever since the number says it's not available on the mtn network...or Rica barred...for the past 2 weeks iv lost lots of Clients and money...I don't recommend MTN to anyone after this bad experience

22 Jun 2019, 09:30Thanks a lot for looking into it..I was contacted by someone and apparently my number was ported back to telcom on the 14th..the airtime I had and data all went to waist...I was sold an mtn sim card in store ...I feel like I was ****med...still dont have my number and been unable to make money all month..I hope someone does something about this...we can't even trust our service providers in this country
