Poor service
I upgraded on 15 may after I had to wait 3 days for the Xperia 10 package to be loaded on the system. On the day a photo of me was taken with my phone that needed to be send off to the "Sony rep" so he can send the speaker and phone cover & screen protector to the mtn shop so I can get it. Its passed 2 weeks now and heard nothing from Jerry at MTN Hyper by the sea Durban North. When I went there on Monday he called the Sony rep and he said he will follow up. No feedback yet... How long more should I have to wait?? This is unacceptable! My number ********** 791
