Poor service
I upgraded my contract with an iPhone Xr 128GB about 3.5 weeks ago at MTN Illanga mall, Nelspruit. They, as with the previous upgrade, did not have stock. Now, 3.5 weeks later they still dont have stock. I work in a specialised industry, and get custom made parts from Finland, delivered to machines in rural areas within 3 days. MTN Nelspruit cannot get a phone from one of the biggest brands in the world, to a big metropol city in SA! Poor to say the least. Is it the branch, or is it MTN SA that is so uninterested in delivering quality service?!
