poor service
good day
im dissapointed with aservice im getting form mtn as im a client with cell phone contruct ,i lost a fone and made a claim on the 8th and pay access on the 13th of may 2019 but the consultant promise that my fone will be delivered between 1-5 days which i waited untill now nothing came .i had to call to find out about my fone and again promised me it will be delivered again nothing as yet.poor service really,now im inconvineced becuase i can not do anything as my fone is not yet here but i paid and im still pay as per contract .please help
