Poor service
Absolutely impossible t9 cancel a contract. They only operate on weekdays for cancellations and insist on do8ng it telephonically and not in writing or email. How is one able to do this if you work and cannot talk to them when the6 are available.

30 Apr 2019, 12:32That is exactly what i did (Twice)and is how i got the reference number i quoted. (#235618). I even called the call centre an held on forever with no answer. Please cancel this immediately and advise me when it is done. You cannot retain customers by making it difficult for them to cancel!!!!
