Poor service

My phone got ****** on the 6th of march i called mtn to get the itc and I was told my address is not showing so i must call jabulani store and i did they the. Refered me to 1761 which I was told the system was not working they will give a call the following day, they called and told me to make an affidavit and take it to the store, this is so unprofessional how is it my problem that they failed to do their job and capture the address. Now im without a phone for so because of their incompetency truly this is pathetic and not on at all. They must make a plan on how they will capture the address if they were able to open a contract without an address on the system surely they can blacklist it too. I gave them an address SO THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM AT ALL.
