Poor service

Was looking for a particular brand cellphone. After calling several branches no one had stock. Observatory was going to help me with an alternative option and work out a plan and provide me with quote. The branch manager was going to do this for me but never came back to me. Decided to go to the nearest branch close to me, Steenberg Tokai. App**** at the store, after 3 days i was informed that they needed a marriage certificate. After providing marriage certificate it took 6 /7 days later for them to call and advise contact has been partially approved. By that time i decided to cancel everything. I've waited nearly 2 weeks for my new contract to be approved. Can this be?

I sent a complaint to customer care the same week of taking out the contract and up until today more than 2 weeks later no one has ever responded to my complaint.

Very disappointed in the service.
