Poor service
Phone was hacked on the 19/02 when someone tried to do a sim swap. I have been out of network, phone becomes " not registered". I have been in & out of MTN shops in Vincent park & Beacon Bay in East London where I told to buy new sim cards ( 3 in total) in-order to do a sim swap and keep my number. The phone is still not working yet its attached to my bank in-contact. How am I suppose to see any activities in my bank, let alone not to receive or make any calls.
