Poor service
Mtn shouldjust tell me if they dont want me as a client. Last month they suspended service when l inquired l was told a lot of stories which later they realized they have overbilled me. I was promised 3gb to be credited into my account. 18 days later l have not received that credit but they did not forget to debit the wrong smount they had billed me. Now again this momth my service is suspended and call centre has no answers yet again.

07 Mar 2019, 17:58On monday l called your call centre and they reassured me that the R2796 bill sent to me was incorrect and the correct amount is R1900. Today l receive my statement and it still says l owe R2796. Someone please tell me how is that possible when l have a limit of R1200 and monthly instalment of R999. My unbilled usage was R814.98 after my last purchase for the month of feb, so where is the R982 coming from? Is this going to be a monthly thing now?
