Poor Service
MTN customer service is the worst,their poor service gets worse every day.Their agents need to go back on training,they have don't know how to treat customers.Its almost as if they don't have a process to follow.I just spoke to 2 agents and both of them were cold and gave me attitude from the word go.N Mkhwa**** from MTN even refused to give the phone to her team Leader..My number ********** 965 QA listen to those 2calls...Poor service.
