Poor service
We took out 2 new cell contracts on special at cascades pmb 1 was 5 months ago at R169 a month, currently we are still paying for the whole contract at R288. We have cotacted the store every month still no joy. The same with the new contract R469 a month still paying R595. What do we do?

Please note as per our telephonic we have corrected the line for which R169 is to be paid. The refunds amounting to R408. have been processed.
On the second line where you were charged R595, the invoice is correct. You were charged a prorate amount for the period of the contract line inception to the bill date in December.
