Poor service

I'm very disappointed in you MTN your service is very poor - you don't strive to give excellent customer service at all! I've been a loyal customer for four years now but you're not treating me as such. I upgraded my phone with you on the 3rd of August already and I was supposed to get my new phone in 5-7 working days but haven't received anything and no one's even following up with me I'm the one who has been running after you like I don't have stuff to do in my life. Whenever I enquire I get told the problem is with the couriers and then do nothing about it! I have a contract with you, not them! I never give you hassles when it comes to paying but you're failing to do one simple thing! I want you to cancel that upgrade I'm cancelling everything I have with you. I thought I was gonna upgrade my family's as well but after this incident I'm not going to! I'm moving to another network!
