Poor service
I have been with mtn contract with mtn and now they a denting my account for 2 insurances instead of 1, this has been going on for 3months months now, called they callcentre they dont know who should deal with my query, spoke to their team leader Mavin, still my issue has not been resolved, its been 3months and they still taking my money and they cant assist me, so its not Aboza network at all, they are failing me as a costumer, the agents a nit even well trained.

03 Jul 2018, 11:43Goodday i have been calling all the callcentres insurers i spoke to Erica Duprees an its been over a month comunicating with her and nothing is been done stil, i also have emails whr a communicate with her and she also dosnt have answers for me.
