Poor Service
My phone was taken in for repairs on 09 Jan 2016 and according to the job card it was supposed to be fixed before or on 16 Jan 2016. I called in 19 Jan 2016 and they told me the phone must be replaced but they wait for stock. After many calls and speaking to supervisors that never returned your calls, nearly 2 months without a phone, paying a contract that is no use to me I feel that MTN failed me as a loyal customer for close to 20 years.
I will never refer anybody again to use MTN as a service provider and as soon as my contracts expired I will take them over to another service provider.
Job Card Ref Nr is ALWIC***
