In December 2017 I bought iphone8 Plus at MTN CanalWalk on contract, on the 12/3/2018 sent it back because it has froze and it's what not even 3months old. i was told it take up unto 5 working days, I have gone to the store twice to findout how far is my phone since there wasno communication from MTN, second I went to Canal Walk i askedto speackto the branch manager and was toldhe/she'son Leave, I thereforeaskedto speackto the Assistant Manager of which he was helping another customer so i waited, he did not even acknowledge that his going to help, after he was finished he did not even come to me, One of the black consulted male he called to ask who am i waiting for and how can he help and that was after an hour waiting for this Assistant. i work in retail and I'm also an Assistant Manager but his attitude stings to be called AM- Im disgusted by his attitude and I'm angry with MTN with their poor service-I want my phone as i depend on it for lots of things, or they can keep their phone and cancell the contract surely other network providers will be more useful. I know my consumer rights. i need my phone urgently. MTN keeps on sending me irritating sms about their service and I keep on responding how poor it is and still not helped but still nothing has happened. What kind of customer service is this!???? Clearly theres a problem from TOP. I want my Phone!!!!!!!
