Poor service
Recieved a notification early January saying my contract is due, went into the local kokstad MTn store. I had chosen a package offering a lenovo laptop. After 6 weeks of waiting and constant enquiries I was told today they have a problem with stock. Amongst numourous other excuses. My question is, their fancy catalogue has all these wonderful options but they don't seem to be able to supply as advertised. My problem is from the time that I requested the upgrade till now the price has increased. I really don't believe a word they say anymore. In short. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MTN'S SERVICE. I demand an honest explination and good service.
