Poor service
I bought a modem on contract and it didnt work on my laptop everytime i went to MTN LEPHALALE MALL they told me that it was pending activation and it was either the activation department was closed or i was told that its been activated and I should wait for 2-24 hrs but still nothing this was last year and even today the modem is not working I went again to MTN LEPHALALE MALL to cancel the contract it was only then when they told me that i can only cancel the contract within seven days of opening it but how was i supposed to cancel it because i waited 10 days to receive it and you expect me to pay for it,I need this account to be cancelled and you can take back your modem i dont need it anymore,its not my problem that you failed to activate the modem
