Poor Service

I want to apply for a sim only data contract with mtn After trying numerous times to call mtn direct sales i get ahold of Ronelle Pillay who asked me to email my 3 months bank statement ,ID and payslip to her email address which is ********** and she will call me back no response i sent her 2 emails since and nothing. This is very sensitive information sent through and your unprofessional service concerns me. Subsequently calling the call center for some one else to help me and holding for 20 minutes and no answer.

It is amazing that trying to buy a product is so difficult with mtn, all i want is a sim card and to get my data promptly and to be billed correctly but i am seriously concerned that MTN cant acheieve that.
