Poor service
I did wrote a complaint against Mtn previously about no delivery after the successful application of a new contract. Mr Mike Ramaboka from Mtn rep**** on my complaint and assure me in handling the matter and calling me to assist in the matter, it is a month now and almost half a month after Mr Ramaboka rep**** and up to date I have not received 1 phone call from Mtn call centre or any Mtn service to explain the matter to me! It seems as if Mtn cancelled everything after my last complain on hellopeter without informing me, they just kept me in the dark. Really disappointed in your poor service! Refnr: MV **********
