Poor service

Mtn is able to have a ********* do a sim swap on my behalf but has to ask me stupid questions calling them security questions and deny me a sim swap. Those questions are irrelevant to some ppl. How do u expect me to remember a price plan I chose years ago? How do I have frequently called numbers on the number that I do not use frequently? . If I have no access to my bank account due to the ********** sim swap done on my number how do I know and for how much did I last recharge on a number that is not my only number? I believe they are working with these ********** and they are such an inconvenience. I hate it when companies mistakes stupidity for being careful
