Poor Service
22 hours ago I asked for Voicemail service to be removed from my phone, reference number 1- ********** 2934. This has still not been done. If I wanted to renew my contract it would have been done immediately. Super fast to sell but super slow for service. To test if it has been done this morning I had to waste a call on my wife's phone.

The voice mail service was removed from the account yesterday, we have sent the request to the back end system support help desk to remove the voice mail service from the network. We have received feedback this is now removed from the network.
