Poor Service

Hi - I booked my phone for repairs on the 22nd on friday and i was told there is no one who can check my phone since they are busy with stock taking, was advised to call on monday after 12h00 the report will be loaded on the system. I spoke to a guy by the name of Andrew from the repairs centre in Midrand yesterday (Monday) after 12h00 and he told me the BER letter is not loaded on the system, but he is going to prioritize it since this should have been loaded on the system, a day went by and i called again on the next day, still nothing then i asked to speak to his manager and he told me why am i making him as if he is *********** and he refused to give me his manager's and also refused to give me his surname, told me that i will get his surname from his manager, i asked him to follow up and call me back and i asked what time will i get feedback and he hung up the phone on me, this is disgusting service from MTN stuff.
