Poor Service
I recently lodged with mtn regarding faulty cellphone but up until now im still sitting with a phone that is giving me problems, u dont care about your clients and you are filled with empty promises...i cannot wait until my contract ends with u guys<br>

Kindly note that the correct process to follow is to book the handset in for an assessment. Upon assessment, our technicians will determine whether they are able to repair the handset in line with the manufacturer's policy or if the phone needs to be exchanged/replaced.
