Poor service
After I log my complaint on the 04/01/2016 ,Mtn responded saying they will look at my problem however the number in question receive 275mb on the 07/01 that expires in 5days can someone give me clarity when am I gona receive 500mb that was suppose to be given on the 21/12/2015.im tired of calling Callcenter bcz thy can't assist in anything

Kindly be advised that as per reference number SMC/*** it has been confirmed that you did not recieve the 500MB data bundle in Nov and Dec 2015.
I have escalated to this matter to system support for assistance reference number REQ:***.
In Jan , the bundle was loaded onto your account (8th Jan 2016) and thats why the you only recieved pro rata provisioning. The 500MB's will be provisioned on the your next provisioning date in Jan 2016.
We sincerely hope that the above is in order and that we are able to restore your faith in us.
