poor service
Dear Customer, IMEI No. *** .has been assessed.Quotation: R1202.28 incl. Vat Job Card No.*** Reply Yes to accept or No to reject. R330.00 Service charge applicable to quote rejections. Queries : ***. MTN Insurance : ***. Rgds MTN. I took in my mtn steppa tablet in for repairs which I bought for R999 and it broke within 6months of purchase which I was told that if broken within the period it will be fixed or replaced. Please see the message I received from MTN today.
