Poor service

Was promised to be phoned on the 16 December at 15h00 to collect the laptop I purchased but no one phoned, was phoned on the 17th and I said was gonna collect at 17h30 but only to find different people whom ignored me, I mean it's the second day nd m waiting here..wheres is service on this store. Why do we wait any hour at the store just for collections of our own accessories?? M getting this 2 short guys 1 I can see his busy but 1 just has bad attitude..we bring business to mtn but the service it's so f#ked up..
