Poor service

Yesterday I went to mtn hyde park branch to get contract phones and I was assisted by Bennet Simcards I got were not activated I have been pillar to post with call centers I called the branch more that three times without any help 1st time I called I was told its active ,system its offline. I called again and I must call after 10 minutes I called again and the lady couldn't get the reference and I had to provide

The service is pathetic When I apply for the phone it was easy And i was getting all the feedback Now because its service all of the sudden Bennet is accupied
