poor service

i have been calling and sending emails to MTN with no reply it is now a week asking for one thing. my phone just went black didn't want to switch on and i have been asking mtn to come collect my device since its insured or at least advice on what i should do whether to go to an mtn store or what.. iv sent through every documentation but i haven't received anything . i am truly disappointed
