Poor service

I'm tired of explaining one things... On 30. 10.2019 I paid R300 for my contract phone on this account number:*** Branch:632005 Soo want them to tell me this account is for how??? And I even send them the proof of payment on 6.11.2019 no respond but they send me massage that they suspend my outgoing calls due to non payment and they want me to R310. I want to know where is my R300 that I've paid on above account number
