Poor service

I have done an upgrade at MTN on my contract at MTN in De Aar. Unfortunately the upgrade package was not loaded correctly and now I get 50min talk time instead of 500min per month. This has been going on for more than 2 months without being sorted out. I am very disappointed with this as we pay for the 500min contract and struggle to do what we need to with only 50min.
