Poor service

I attempted taking out 2 cell phone contracts for my children, I went to the local MTN branch and comp**** with all their requirements and was approved for the contracts, the branch confirmed the 2 phones were secured for me and a week later told me that MTN head office had taken the promised phones back and they could not assist me.<br> <br> I have sent over 12 mails with all details pertaining to my complaint and have only had the following computer generated response \ We will try to our best to have your query resolved and feedback to you within 3 business days. "which is not true as no one has contacted me to resolve my complaint. <br> <br> I don't know how further to get a response or opportunity to resolve my issue with MTN as they blatantly ignore my mails. <br> <br> This is the second time I am posting this mail"
