Poor service

I am not happy about the service that I have received from one of your consultant (Cassius Ngcobo) when I was doing an upgrade. He did the upgrade and supposed to get the phone delivered to me within a week but to my surprise the was no communication about the updates. And when I follow up he told me to speak to the couriers because the device is with the courier ready for delivery. I spoke to the couriers and confirm the device is with them but cannot be delivered to me with the incorrect cellphone number given to them which I don't use anymore and I don't know how it got to the upgrade because that's not the number that I was updating.

I have to called the consultant to assist and I was sent from pillar to post and didn't get any help. Can somebody assist to get the order resolved please?
