Poor Service

MTN sales pitches are great, however when it comes to customer service, they are poor!

The MTN signal and service in the Delams Area, Mpumalanga is lacking to say the least. When the matter is reported all that they state is the tower is faulty and technicians are working on it!

Theu expect customers to pay for a service that is more off than on and when it is working the speed is poor.

As can be seen from the response here, I do not expect them to reply!!
