Poor Service
I upgraded my phone yesterday morning, and although I had the excitement of getting a new phone, I knew I would have to wait up to 24 hours before sim swap was activated. it is now well over 24 hours, and numerous calls to both the call centre and the store i received my upgrade and still no sim swap activation. <br> I need this sim swap to happen today.
