Poor service

I took my phone which was still under warranty to the local mtn store, this was on the 19/06/2015. The problem was that the phone was no longer charging,a month later they then call me to tell me that there is physical damage to the phone, which is absolutely nonsense so they insist on sending me a quotation which I refused I requested for the phone to be sent back to me because I have portable possessions cover with my insurance company. They are now telling me that I have to pay them a certain amount for inspecting the phone...First of all I know for a fact there is no physical damage to the phone, the phone was charging fine then the next minute it wasnt charging anymore,. I stay by myself so no one fiddled with the phone while it was in the charger, physical damage is a no no. If you cannot fix that phone the best thing to do is just bring it back, i'll get it fixed myself, why should I pay if the phone is still under warranty and I know for a fact there is no physical damage?? Is this a way of trying to get money from us?? Thats the reason why you are loosing business,if you are trying to generate revenue you going the wrong way about it. and my phone is still not back 3 months<br>
