Poor service!

Easily the worst costumer service. I’ve place an online order for my upgrade more than two weeks ago, I’ve been to the store and I called them countless times to be told I’ve called the wrong number. I’ve tried to cancel the online order to get the upgrade in store rather than waiting who knows how long for the delivery and I was told I can’t cancel it, I’ve worked for a courier company for some time now and I know for a fact an order can be canceled at any time I want it to be canceled. I’m utterly disgusted by the way I’m spoken to by your so called “yelpers” or whatever stupid name you give them. I’d like you to know that I’ll be canceling both my contracts.
