Poor service

Good day, i have never struggled so much with service then with mtn. for the past 2 weeks i am logging calls because our account is soft locked and we need them to unlock it. i have phoned, they just promised to get back to me, i have logged calls ref no *** and ***, i went into the mtn store at Alberton city. All promised to phone back and after 2 weeks no one has bothered to phone back. <br> <br> This phone i use for work, i have been without it since Monday morning!!!!!!
