Poor service

I signed up for MTN 5g month to month deal on the 21st September 2024. I was told to pay upfront a pro rata, monthly fee and sim card fee which I did. It's the 24th of September and my service has still not been activated. Why to you pay a pro rata amount upfront but your service is not immediately activated. First impressions last and I already have a bad experience with MTN
