Poor Service

I visited the Beacon Bay MTN store to have my contract changed out of my work's name into my own name. I was sent back and forth as each time I was told to have different paperwork. I finally submitted all the correct paperwork and was told that it would be easier if I renewed my contract straight away too which I then did. Two months down the line I am in trouble with work as the renewed contract is now showing on their account. When i queried this I am told that the transfer was declined (yet nobody informed me of this!). Now they want me to redo all the paperwork again and have the company write another letter and the director to furnish another copy of his ID. What happened to the previous paperwork?? This is very poor service - shocking!
