Poor service

I have to say that the MTN 5G router has been a huge disappointment. It promised high-speed 5G connectivity, but lately, it only connects to 4G, which is far from what I expected. The whole point of investing in a 5G router was to enjoy faster internet speeds, and now I'm stuck with subpar performance. Given this situation, I refuse to continue paying for a service that doesn't deliver on its promises. It's frustrating to feel like I've wasted my money on a product that doesn't work as advertised. And they said 10mpbs up and download but I get 2mpbs down and 0.89 mpbs up which is annoying and my usage policy is still on 50GB so I don't understand. So I don't need it anymore.
