POOR SERVICE.
My account with mtn was suspended beacuse of defaulting. My monthly premium was R565.79 for 24months so they told me that am owing R4600 in arreas. I told them that i will pay R1200 for 4months to speed up the payment and so far i`f paid them R6000 and they handed my account to their lawyers & again suspended my number for 2weeks. The name of the agents are Victor Dolo & Sebenzile Nkambule & My name is Sapi Ramokgadi , cell-***,i.d- ***.

Please be advised that from 20-7-2014 until 20-3-2015 we have not received payment. Account balance 30-3-2015.
Payment for R1208.67 received, balance R3815.32 (1-4-2015) Invoice for April added balance R4372.32, balance for R1208.67 received balance R31363.65, invoice for May added, balance R3729.44. Payment received R1208.67 balance 31-5-2015 R2520.77. Invoice for June added R3083.56, payment for R1217.46 received and account balance on the 2-7-2015=R1869.10 .
Then invoice for July added R2434.89. Payment for R1217.46 received 3-8-2015 =R1217.43, invoice for Augustus added, the account balance is now R1783.22.
The account is not handed over and R1783.22need to be paid to bring the account to R0.00.
