Poor Service

Went to Soshanguve Crossing MTN store to cancel my contract, found 3 consultant they explained that if use 808 line I will loose my number because I want to keep my number I was asked to write a letter, which I did right there provided them with a copy of my Identity document, it was on the 25th June 2015 and they explained that staff members at headoffice are on strike but will attend to the matter within 48hours, got my reference number, I called 808 on the 18 July spoke to Mbali she told me the account is still active I explained that the reason I cancelled the contract its because I'm unemployed and can't afford it and besides the contract has expired on the 25th May 2015 she promised that it will be sorted, 21 July I realized airtime and data bundles were loaded again, I went to the branch again spoke to Busisiwe again she said she will resend the documents to headoffice, really that unprofessional why is ur strike affecting us, I can't afford to make payment so it means I will be blacklisted for your mistake that's not how you treat customers
