Poor service

I recently took out a contract but am now harrased by debt collecting looking for a person of another name. People are calling my number looking for that same person demanding money. I went to Mtn and was told the only solution is to change number but i have to pay R250. Why should this be billed to me. Really disappointed in Mtn
