Poor service

Mtn is very inconsiderate with *********** staff, they decided to suspend my services and i can't even access my online classes and exams are about to start. They decided to downgrade my contract and now want me to pay for that down grade service i have been calling them and they say they can't help and keep on referring me to different departments and talking to different people and every time i have to explain my story. Very ****ed
