Poor Service

Poor service…never resolve issue.I have been with mtn fr almost 5 years and I never had good service and I am not lying.Thursday I called their customer service and I was my number is migrated to the new system and I can go to the store on Saturday for an upgrade, when I get to the store my nis still on the old system.I go home call their call centre more then 7 times to ask for assistance and they keep dropping my calls. When is mtn going to better their service. Why don’t they respect their clients and then they call themselves the bossa network..what’s bossa about the network if you have poor customer service
