Poor service!!

Terrible communication, late response. I called the customer care center and they put me through to multiple consultants and I had to always explain my situation😣. They told me about cooling off period when it comes to returning the product when you're unsatisfied but they delay like crazy resulting to the cooling period to pass. I'm stuck with the phone that I don't like for the next 36 months because of poor service 😭
